1. What is NOVA Athleisure?
NOVA Athleisure is a sportswear brand founded in Dubai, focused on bringing comfortable, innovative active apparel to everyday fitness and lifestyle routines.
2. What types of products does NOVA Athleisure offer?
We offer a wide range of sportswear, including leggings, sports bras, tops, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, shorts, pants, and dresses — designed for different sports, fitness routines, and lifestyles.
3. Do you have a return or exchange policy?
We offer an exchange-only policy within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unused and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
Within the UAE you do not need to visit a store or arrange a courier — just email us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co, or call +971 55 885 4877, and we will send a rider to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement. 4. What is the standard delivery time for orders from NOVA Athleisure?
Within Dubai, we offer next-day delivery as our standard option. For customers outside Dubai (other Emirates), standard delivery takes 1–2 working days.
5. Do you offer express shipping options for faster delivery?
Yes. Within Dubai, we offer two faster options at no additional cost:
- Same-day delivery
- 4-hour urgent delivery
These are currently available within Dubai only.
6. How can I track my order's delivery status?
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our website or the courier's tracking service.
7. Can I change the delivery address or shipping method after placing my order?
Changes may be possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact our customer service team immediately, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
International orders are available on request. Shipping outside the UAE is not priced at online checkout — please contact us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co, or call +971 55 885 4877, before ordering, and we will confirm availability, delivery time and shipping cost. Any customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
