DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver across the UAE via third-party courier.

Within Dubai: Next-day delivery is our standard option. Customers can also choose same-day delivery or 4-hour urgent delivery, at no additional cost.

Other Emirates: Standard delivery takes 1–2 working days.

Delivery is free within the UAE. To avoid delays, please provide your full address along with your contact details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are available on request. Shipping outside the UAE is not priced at online checkout. Please contact us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co, or call +971 55 885 4877, before placing an international order, and we will confirm availability, delivery time and shipping cost.

Any customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
