RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@no-va.co to obtain sales return number. After receiving the number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your products to the following address:

EXCHANGE PROCESSING POLICY
Upon the receipt of your returned item and a thorough inspection of its condition, we shall initiate the processing of your exchange. Kindly allow a minimum of two (2) days from the date of receiving your item for the completion of the exchange process. An email notification will be sent to you once your exchange has been successfully dispatched.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
- We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. Free delivery inside UAE and Delivery fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
