EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We do not offer refunds or store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

We collect from you — no need to visit a store. Email us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co, or call +971 55 885 4877, with your order number and the reason for your exchange request. Once we confirm eligibility, we will send a rider to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement. You do not need to arrange a courier yourself.

Prefer to do it in person? You can also bring the item, along with your order confirmation or receipt, to our store at Dubai Mall, Zabeel, for an in-person exchange. The same 30-day window and unused/original-condition requirement apply.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co and we will arrange a collection and exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange. Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days from the date we receive your item. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been dispatched.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Delivery is free across the UAE and is handled by a third-party courier. Within Dubai, next-day delivery is our standard option; same-day and 4-hour urgent delivery are also available within Dubai at no additional cost. Delivery to other Emirates takes 1–2 working days.

International orders are available on request. Shipping outside the UAE is not priced at online checkout — please contact us at mehfooz@no-va.co or support@no-va.co before ordering so we can confirm availability, delivery time and shipping cost. Any customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination are the customer's responsibility.

Our rider collection service is available within the UAE only. For international exchanges, the item must be sent back by courier at the customer's cost to:
